Our process can be explained with just four simple steps:
The first step is to fill out our quick intake form and provide a copy of your child’s Autism diagnosis or IEP and your insurance information. You can submit all this information online on our intake page or print it out and send it to us.
Verify Insurance Coverage
Within 48 hours of receiving your intake paperwork, our intake team will contact your insurance company to verify eligibility of coverage and authorization to schedule an assessment of your child.
Once your authorization is approved by your insurance, we will schedule an assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Our BCBAs are super friendly and will work directly with your child in your own home to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Approval & Therapy Begins!
After the assessment, a thorough treatment plan will be written and sent to both you and your child’s insurance company for review and approval. Based on the assessment, our team will recommend the number of hours we believe will best benefit your child. While insurance covers up to 40 hours/week, our clients typically get approved for 10-25 hours per week.
Get Started in 48 Hours
Once you submit your intake, it takes us just 48 hours to confirm eligibility and benefits with your insurance company. Therapy services usually begin 1-2 weeks later.
