Upon joining the Rainbow team, each staff member completes a rigorous training process before working with any learners. Training topics include:
PRIVACY | Protecting the Privacy of your personal information according to HIPAA guidelines
CULTURE | Respecting your cultural, social, religious and family values
SAFETY | Complying with NJ guidelines related to Mandated Child Safety Reports, as neeeded
ABA | Applied Behavior Analysis introductory training
In addition, each ABA therapist is enrolled in a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training course and has 3 months to complete the training once they are hired.
